KCF acted as exclusive financial advisor to Olma in connection with the acquisition of a majority stake in Caviar House & Prunier Group from Jean-Francis Bretelle, former CEO of Yves Saint-Laurent Group.

Caviar House & Prunier, founded in 1872 by Emile Prunier and owned by Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé until their death, produces and distributes luxury caviar and high-end seafood products through retail stores, airport concessions and restaurants. The Group employs 600 people worldwide and generates approximately CHF100m of global sales.
